There are important changes to the Resort Sampler program and this web site. Please read the information below.
If your certificate starts with a "11"
Congratulations! You are a 2010-2011 award recipient. To use your award, you
will need to create an online account, choose a password and register your
certificate(s). Then you can proceed to search for a resort condo to book now or
simply return anytime and log into your account to book a trip. To proceed,
press Continue, then press Create Account. You will need 3 things to create
your account and register your certificates:
- A valid email address
- Your Award Certificate number(s)
- The 4-digit Security Code for each of your Award Certificates (Security
Codes are located just below the Certificate Number and Issue Date in the upper
right hand corner of your Award Certificate. If you don’t have the actual
certificate in your possession, you can still register the award, but you must
ask your local dealer or retailer for the Security Code number!)
Note: If you participated in this program last year and registered a certificate
that starts with "10", we've already created an account for you (see below). You
can log into that account and add your new 2010-2011 awards to your existing
account! There is no need to create a new account. To proceed, press Continue,
then press Log In. Regardless of your certificate number, if you have already
created an account here at the new Resort Sampler web site, press Continue, then
press Log In to proceed.
If your certificate starts with a "10"
You are a 2009-2010 award recipient. If you registered your award and provided
an email address, we have already created an account for you. You will need a
password in addition to this email address to access your account and the
certificate you registered. We have created a temporary password for you, which
will be emailed to you when you go to Log In, enter your email address and press
Request Password. Once you access your account with your temporary password, you
may update your password to a password of your choosing by using the Update
Password link located on your account page. To proceed, press Continue, then
press Log In.
Note: If you no longer have access to the email address you used when
registering your certificates, please use the Contact Us link, provide us with
your certificate number and new email address, and we will update your account
email address.
